Hi Lorraine!
I’ve reserved the spaces requested per your reservation request:Sat, Sept 12th Makers Community Free Repair Event Spaces reserved from 8am to 4 pmSocial Hall + Parking Lot (Upper & Lower) + Front Green space (event: 10a-2pm).
Social Hall will have electricity for sewing machine & lamp repairs. NO electricity will be available for the green space or parking lot areas. Makers will supply any electricity for the outdoor areas.
No entry through the front door during this event. Participants will be triaged in the parking lot during this timed event & directed to go down the alleyway and enter through the kitchen into the Social Hall for Sewing & Lamp repairs. We request that only the restroom just outside the Social Hall (2 stalls) be used during that event. Place some screens to block access to the hallway & offices during that event to maintain security of the building.
Note: Do not block the alleyway in any fashion. This is our emergency route and must be kept clear at all times. Fees:Social Hall $170 ($85 x 2) 4 hours at a rate of $85 Parking Lot $200 (Upper & Lower) flat rateCustodial fee $100 ($50 x 2) 4 hours weekend rate for 50+ peopleFront Green Space $100 ($50 x 2) 4 hours at a rate of $85 Total $570

NOTE: There are 4 picnic tables with attached benches under the pavilion for your use.We will have laminated “Reserved” signs posted at the Pavilion in the Toy Park. Just come in & set up.
We hope your event is a huge success!When the event is over, we ask that you please remove the signs and leave them in the mailbox across the street in front of Chalice Thrift store.
General note: Please do not bring or consume alcoholic beverages in the Toy Park.Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.

Important Notes:
Sat, Sep 12th- the ENTIRE parking lot will not be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-5pm. Paul has the key to the Choir Room. Entry from the street will be used this day & the key returned to the FCCD office on or before Sep 19th.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows: Load in & Load out through the Nelson Ferry access door. Four Seasons members will assist their members with instruments, folding music stands, support materials, etc.Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).
Sat, October 24, 2026 4 Seasons will be in the Sanctuary. We have another group in the Social hall from 1:30-9:30pm. Please be aware that 4 Seasons will be sharing the parking lot spaces with this group. Please kindly share the building, hallways, parking lot, etc on this day.Sat, Nov 14th-the ENTIRE parking lot will NOT be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-6pm.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows:There will be 2 parking spots left open for loading/unloading in the upper parking area. Have someone from your group come in through the front door (you have the code & key to enter). Do NOT leave the door propped open or unattended during Load in & Load out. We will have 1-2 carts available for use to facilitate loading/unloading instruments, etc. Immediately move vehicles to any parking places across the street (not in the alley way-we need total access for Emergency Vehicles). Please understand-no one can stay longer than it takes for drop off. Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).
